3.If you have the Rambler tool panel installed, called Rambler-Assistant (in other words, Toolbar), then you can click on the mail icon on the panel, in the window that appears you should indicate your registration data, you will be redirected directly to your mailbox.

If the authorization was successful, the mail tab will open, you will be in the “Inbox” folder, which contains all the letters addressed to you. If the system does not authorize you, most likely you made a mistake when entering data, check your keyboard layout and enter it again.

    Solutions to the problem:

    1. Incorrect login or password:
    a) you need to check whether the Caps Lock key is pressed;
    b) switch the keyboard layout to English or another desired language (if it is enabled in a language other than the one in which the password was created);
    c) disable the special program that automatically switches the keyboard layout (if it is installed and enabled);
    d) enter your login and password on the keyboard, rather than copying it from the clipboard.
    If the problem cannot be solved or the password has been forgotten, you can use the password recovery function. You can find out more about managing your profile on Rambler here.
    2. When you log into your mailbox, a message appears indicating that your mailbox is blocked.
    If the mailbox has not been used for a long time, the account is blocked from receiving letters. You can unlock it yourself. To do this, go to the page http://id.rambler.ru/ (from a desktop computer), enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button. Next, on the unlocking page that appears, you need to re-enter your login and password, and also check the “Unblock” option and click on the “Login” button.
    3. Browser settings may not meet email requirements:
    a) try updating your browser;
    b) enable Cookies in the “Settings” / “Tools” / “Privacy” section (depending on the browser version);
    c) clear the cache (temporary Internet files) in the “Settings” / “Tools” / “Privacy” section of the browser;
    d) disable compatibility mode (see description of disabling here), make sure that the time on the computer is set correctly;
    4. Invalid security certificate:
    a) make sure that the time on the computer is set correctly;
    b) try disabling your antivirus for a while;
    c) make sure that all the latest operating system updates are installed.
    5. The mailbox may have been deleted.
    When a user deletes his account on Rambler (Rambler ID), the mailbox on Rambler Mail and all its contents are also destroyed without the possibility of recovery.

Try logging out of your account, copying your login and pasting it exactly into another browser on your computer. If, when you try to log in, it still prompts you to register, the problem is really on Rambler’s side. The company has a support service, but, as practice shows, they are limited to standard answers.
