MTS-Internet settings on your phone
A huge part of mobile network users uses MTS as your provider. Unfortunately, most of them have no idea how to set up the Internet with a given operator.
This article is a universal assistant for you, users (current or potential) of the MTS network. We will tell you how to quickly and easily set up Internet from MTS on your phone. Setting up on iOS:
As a rule, Apple devices automatically load Internet settings. If for some reason the settings are not installed, you will have to do this manually.
Go to "Settings".
Select "Basic" from the menu.
In the menu that appears, select "Cellular Data".
Turn on 3G (if there is a connected package from the operator) and click on “Cellular data network”.
In the "Cellular Data" block, enter the following parameters:
- APN: internet.mts.ru
- Username: mts
- Password: mts
Setting up on Android:
Go to the "Settings" menu, look for "Mobile networks".
Go to "Access Points (APN), select the MTS Internet profile.
If there is none, create it yourself (Menu button-> Create APN).
- Name - MTS internet
- APN - internet.mts.ru
- Login - mts
- Password - mts
Setup on Windows Phone:
Select "Settings" from the menu list.
In the System menu, find "Data Transfer".
Scroll down the screen and select "Add an Internet access point."
In the APN menu, fill in all items according to the example and save the settings.
Setting up on other phones:
Find the Internet GPRS/EDGE settings on your phone model. Next, in accordance with the points below, perform standard Internet connection settings.
- Profile name: MTS Internet
- Data channel/Data bearer: GPRS
- Access point/APN: internet.mts.ru
- User name: mts
- Password: mts
