The first thing you can try is to set "Full Control" for the registry entries that are indicated in error 1406. So, to go to the system registry, you will need to call the menu "Run" and enter the command in the window "regedit". After that, press the button "OK".
After this, you will be taken to a menu called "Registry Editor". Here you will need to select the following path in the left corner of the menu: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer". On the folder "Installer“You need to right-click and select “Permissions”, and in it check the box “allow full access for your user”.
