This method will be the most effective in the case when your device does not start at all or does not go beyond the manufacturer’s company logo upon startup, or if the smartphone is locked with a pattern or password and you forgot it and could not recover it.

To perform a full factory reset, you need the following:
  1. Reboot the smartphone.

  2. Go to Recovery. To be able to perform this action, you need to simultaneously press and hold the combination of buttons for a while. When you uninstall a program through "Control Panel" - "Uninstall Programs", the system will look for this file, with the help of which, in fact, the uninstallation will be completed.
