Restoring an Android device to factory settings

• games and programs that were installed;
  
• all information about your contacts from the phone book;
  
• your accounts on social networks, as well as accounts in the device’s operating system.

Once the factory reset is complete, your Android smartphone or tablet will look exactly the same as when you purchased it in stores. To perform a full factory reset, you need the following:

1. Reboot the smartphone.
   
   
2. Go to Recovery. To be able to perform this action, you need to simultaneously press and hold the combination of buttons for a while. Different smartphone manufacturers have different button combinations, but in most situations the standard combination is volume down buttons и smartphone start buttons. You need to keep the keys pressed until the smartphone enters Recovery.
