Changing Windows 8 user
Not everyone can afford the number of devices equal to all family members. This is where different accounts come to the rescue: dividing various data, programs and, of course, too personal information. But not everyone knows what it’s like to switch between users. Doing this in Windows 8 is no more difficult than in previous systems, you just need to understand how it’s done.
About logging into Windows 8
It is worth noting that in Windows 8.1 the login system has been slightly changed.
Now we will look at two options for changing the user: through the menu Pusk and through "System screen".
Option 1: Start Menu
- Click on the icon Windows, located in the lower left corner of the screen, and switch to the menu Pusk. There is a faster way to do this - just hold down the keyboard shortcut Win + Shift.
- In the upper right corner you can see the user’s avatar; click on it and then in the drop-down menu you will see a checklist of users using this computer. Select the user you need.
Option 2: "System Screen"
- However, you can change the user much faster: just by pressing a combination known to everyone Ctrl + Alt + Delete and calling up the system screen.
- On the system screen you can perform the action you need: change user. Click on the item "Switch user" ("Change user") and in the window that appears, select the required account by clicking on it.
