To stay in touch, it is necessary to make payments on a mobile account and pay for the Internet on time, but in the turmoil we do not always remember this, but their use is necessary. In order to make a call or go to a website page without having funds in your account, you can use the “Promised payment”. The terms of service are transparent. In order to order a service and top up your Internet account, you must do the following:

1. Go to your personal account, indicating my phone number and password, if you have previously registered.
2. We watch the video for subsequent registration.
3. We go through three stages of registration.

After registration, wait for an email to activate your account. After that, follow the link and log in to your personal account by logging in.
- Now let's move on to paying the bill online. To do this, click “Yes, I want to manage services in my Personal Account.”
- Select “Home Internet”, enter your login and password to gain access to your account.
- Now select the “Promised Payment” service and enter the required amount to turn on the Internet.
After this, this amount will appear in the balance printout, and the Internet will be connected.
To avoid any trouble with your provider, you should remember the following:
- To be able to use the service, the account must have a negative balance, and the debt must be the amount of the Internet subscription fee.
- If your request was suddenly refused, then you may have had your account blocked within the last three months.
- The service is provided for 5 days, after which the user is obliged to pay the amount of the “Promised Payment”.
This can be done in your personal account using a payment card. In this case, no commission will be charged. Since July 31, 2014, Rostelecom’s personal account has been updated and the old version is no longer available for use.
