Transferring a table from Excel to a Microsoft Word document
Many users are familiar with components from the Microsoft office software package, such as the Microsoft Word text editor and the package's spreadsheet program Microsoft Office. Imagine that you have created a table in Microsoft Excel and you need to transfer it to a Microsoft Word document. Is it possible to do this? Today we will talk about this. So there you have it ready-made Excel table. The first thing you need to do is select it completely and copy it. You can simply paste it into a Microsoft Word document, but if the table is large, then most likely some of the data in it may be distorted. Therefore, it is better to do things differently.
Once you have copied the table into Excel, you need to go to a Microsoft Word document. Here in the section "Home"click on the item"Insert". Then select the item "Special insert".
Now you need to select "To tie", and then in the window select the item "Microsoft Office Excel worksheetl". These actions are shown more clearly in the screenshot.
As a result, you will have a table in a Microsoft Word document that will look something like this. It’s worth noting right away that by changing data in an Excel table, it will automatically change in the table that you have in your Microsoft Word document. The changes will be updated when you reopen the document.
