Correct removal of qqpctray.exe on your computer

Using unverified sites to download any archived files, there is a high probability of downloading and installing a Chinese Tencent program on your computer, which, it seems, recommends itself to the user as an excellent anti-virus program and system optimization utility. But in fact, all it can do is run the qqptray.exe process, which will only do a lot of bad things on the computer and will constantly “eat” the PC’s RAM.

For a number of reasons, it is not possible to simply remove the qqpctray.exe process and the entire Tencent program, and for this reason we recommend that you use special instructions for this.

1. Open the task manager and manually remove all processes that have the following names: Qqpctray.exe, QQPCRealTimeSpeedup.exe, QQPCNetFlow.exe, Tencent.
   
2. Next, find the program folder on your computer. It can be installed in a variety of places. To find it, open My Computer and at the top in the search bar write Tencent.
   
   
    
    

   
   
   

3. Navigate to the root folder where enter the section QQPCMng. Run the file here Uninst.exe, which is responsible for completely removing the program from the system.
   
4. After these steps, a window will open where everything is written in Chinese. To remove the program, simply click on the same buttons that are marked in the screenshots below:

7. In the search field, enter the following values ​​one by one, and then, if you find them, delete them: tencent, qqpctray.exe, QQPCMgr.
   

At this point, the removal of qqpctray.exe can be considered complete.
