How to set A3 format in Microsoft Word
As a standard, users print documents in A4 format, which corresponds to a regular sheet of paper. How to install A3 format in Microsoft Word?
There are two ways to set the page format: one through Microsoft Word, and the other through print options.
Method 1: Via Microsoft Word
- Go to the tab "Page layout"click the button "Size", and then by "Other page sizes".
- Go to the tab "Paper Size" and select the item "Another". Specify the length and width of the sheet corresponding to A3 format:
- Width – 29,7 cm;
- Length – 42 cm.
- Width – 29,7 cm;
- Save the changes.
Method 2: Through Print Properties
- Click on the button in the upper left corner "File", and then go to the section "Seal" (for quick access to this menu, you can immediately type the key combination Ctrl+P).
- In the window that opens, click on the button "Properties".
- In the window that opens, click on the button "Additionally".
- In point "Paper Size" select "A3", and then click on the button "OK"to save your changes.
